Win10 prompts printer service when using printer. How to turn on printer service

When using the printer, the Win10 system always prompts the printer service to shut down. Of course, the printer service here refers to the software settings rather than the hardware printer switch. How do I turn on the printer service that has been turned off? How to close it?

Click on the Win10 system start menu and select the control panel of the pop-up menu as shown below.

in the control panel click management tool shown in the following figure.

Click on the service in the Administrative Tools window as shown below.

In the Services dialog box by pressing the letters P, quickly find printer service, that is the printer named Print Spooler service. After selecting the printer service, you can choose to stop on the left or restart the service. As shown below.

Or double-click the Print Spooler printer service to open and close the print service in the Print Spooler Properties dialog box. As shown below.

Win10 can also set up printer sharing and add network printers (how to modify the default Windows 10 system) so that one printer can be used by several computers. However, the settings for the printer service are in the management panel of the control panel, and the settings for adding a network printer are in the device and printer items in the control panel.
