Windwos7 system connected to the network shared printer restarted after the printer is offline

  

Situation:

Recently, a colleague's computer installed WIN7, connected to a network shared printer, the printer could not be printed every time the Windows 7 system was restarted or the computer was turned on the next day after work. Check the printer status as Offline, you need to re-add the connection before you can use it normally, which is very inconvenient.

Solution:

Step 1: Click on "Start”-“Control Panel”Button

Step 2: Pop-up "Control Panel” Window, view mode switches to: category. Click & ldquo;User Account and Family Safety Links

Step 3: Pop up & ldquo; User Accounts and Family Safety & rdquo; window, click & nbspquo; Credential Manager & rdquo; Link

Fourth Step: pop-up "Voucher Manager" window, click "Add WINDOWS Credentials" link

Step 5: Enter the network path of the shared printer computer (A), computer login username and password, and Click the “OK” button.

Finally: After adding the credentials, let's go back to the "Devices and Printers" management interface to see the status of the printer that just added the credentials. Click the “Start”-“Devices and Printers button to view the printer status, ready to print, and the document is ready to print.
