Second, check if the microphone is set as the default device

1. Click the “Start” menu, click the “Control Panel” item, and click “Sound”. item.

2. Switch to the “Record” tab to see if the microphone is set as the default device (note: some sound cards may display multiple microphone options).

Third, set the microphone correctly
