Step 1: Click to open the xp or Server2003 system start menu, and find and open the control panel in the start menu, and find it in the open control panel Double-click [Network Connection] to open this item.

This note: Right-click on the [Network Neighborhood] icon on the desktop and select the property to open the network connection. The effect is exactly the same.

Step 2: In the [Network Connection] window that opens, find [Local Area Connection] and right click on the local connection and select [Properties].


This note: If you modify the Ip address of the wireless Internet access, right click on the wireless network connection and select the property.

Note: If there is no reason for local connection, please refer to No Local Connection.

Step 3: Found in the General tab of the [Local Area Connection Properties] window that opens. Click [Internet Protocol (tcp/ip)] as shown in the figure below and double-click it.


Step 4: In the [Internet Protocol (tcp/Ip) Properties] window that opens, click to select [Use the following Ip address (S)] radio button. Then enter the Ip address, subnet mask, gateway, and DNS that you need to set, and then confirm that you can return to the local connection properties in step 3 again.

Step 1: Click the start button in the lower left corner of the WIN7 system desktop, find and open [Control Panel] in the open start menu, open In the Control Panel, locate and click [Network and Sharing Center].


This note: You can also use the shortcut key directly. The start key + R key, enter [control] in the run window and make sure that the control panel can also be opened.

In addition to this, you can also find the [Network] item directly in the WIN7 start menu, and then select the right button to select the attribute.

Step 2: Click [Change Adapter Settings] in the left side of the [Network and Sharing Center] window that opens.


Step 3: In the newly opened [Network Connection] window, find the network connection of the network you are connecting to, and right-click on the network connection and select [Properties].


This note: Modify the wireless network IP on the right-click property of the wireless network connection, the wired right-click property on the local connection.

Step 4: In the [Wireless Network Connection Properties] window that opens, find [Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)] as shown in the figure below, and double-click this item.


Step 5: In the [Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) Properties] window that opens, select the [Use the following IP address] item, and then enter the settings you need. The IP address, subnet mask, gateway and DNS server can be determined.
