Network integrated machine installation driver notes

The latest network all-in-one machine also has a USB interface, a wired network interface and a wireless network card, which can be directly connected to a PC as an ordinary USB printer, and can also be connected to a wired LAN for network print sharing, and can also be realized. More free and convenient wireless printing. Due to the variety of usage modes, the network all-in-one is different from the traditional USB printer when installing the driver. There are two points to be aware of.

1. When replacing the usage mode, you must re-install the all-in-one machine

For example, if the all-in-one machine was originally connected to the wired LAN, it will now become the wireless network mode, then the one machine originally installed in the PC Will appear as “ offline. The user must open the “Control Panel,” “Printer, click “Add Printer”, enter the wireless network IP address of the all-in-one, and the operating system will automatically install the driver for it. Now, a new printer icon will be added to the printer window (if the original printer is not deleted, the new printer will be affixed with "copy"), and the printer's print function will work.

Second, when using the replacement mode, you can use the fax and copy functions only by reinstalling the driver.

Although the print function works fine, functions such as fax and copy are still "offline" because the operating system does not reinstall fax and copy functions when the printer is re-added. The user can only use the fax or copy function by running the installation CD of the all-in-one, selecting the new usage mode in the installation wizard, or downloading the fax driver of the all-in-one for independent installation. In short, after the network unit's usage mode is changed, the print, fax, and copy functions must be reinstalled before use.
