There are 15 WP8.1 OEM manufacturers

Computer Store News: Microsoft held the Build2014 conference, Microsoft Vice President WP @Belfiore announced that WP8.1 welcomed two new OEM partners, Micromax and Prestigio.

Micromax is the first Indian rumor to join the Windows Phone maker. Another unknown is ASBIS's Prestigio, whose smartphones have been sold in 54 countries.
