Windows RT or will support desktop software

Computer Shop News:

Presumably, Windows RT does not have the support of traditional desktop applications, which makes users uncomfortable and embarrassing developers. I have seen a lot of articles that I hope Microsoft can open the desktop API under Windows RT. Presumably, Microsoft will be open. There should be a transition period. This is not the case. I couldn’t sleep on the mobile phone last night and found MSDN. Write the documentation for ARM.

This function is not available in the 32-bit operating system. Under 64-bit is a function of the Structured Exception Handling (SEH) belonging to the system core. It is located in the Core Windows file kernel32. This doesn't look like something that can be used under WinRT (Metro program wants this product to do?), how to use it is used by desktop programs (x64 is used by desktop programs). In addition, because RT is a 32-bit system, the data structure given below also converts the data structure into a 32-bit format, and Microsoft does not explicitly state that the desktop app only can be shared with the metro app. Clearly wrote that does not support WP8 (not written does not support Windows RT), and this function first appeared in the WinCE era, and WinCE is traditional desktop API programming, perhaps we should wait for Microsoft to make a big move?
