Windows7 market share exceeds 30% on the eve of Windows 8 release

  
The use of Windows 7 has reached a new milestone. According to this scenario, at the end of 2011, the operating system will surpass Windows XP and become the world's largest operating system. According to Net Application statistics, at the end of August this year, the use of Windows 7 has reached 30.6%, up from 29.66% in the previous month.
Microsoft revealed that since the release of the Windows 7 operating system in late 2009, the company has sold more than 400 million installation licenses by the beginning of this summer, and it is expected that 200 million licenses will be sold by the end of this year. With more than 600 million license sales, Windows 7 will replace Windows XP as the leader in the operating system market. Speaking of XP, the market share of this popular operating system is about 50%. By August of this year, xp had a market share of 52.46%, compared with 52.80% last month. The use of Windows Vista continued to decline, from 9.84% to 9.4%.
Two weeks later, Microsoft is about to release the first version of Windows 8. The advent of this system will not only affect the PC market, it will be the main operating system for the next generation of Windows clients.
