Office 2007 fonts in Vista can not display properly

Sometimes, in Windows Vista, using Office2007/2003 to open the original article, many fonts can not be displayed properly: imitation Song and scorpion text inexplicably changed, article line spacing increased, and typesetting also appeared The error, the text that was originally displayed on this page has changed to the next page for no reason. What is going on? First add a little knowledge: TrueTrpe and OpenType font TrueTrpe have nothing to do with resolution, no matter the method or zoom out, the font is always smooth. However, compared to PostScript fonts, the quality is worse, and the text is too small to show clearly. OpenType is more powerful. It can embed PostScript fonts into TrueTrpe software. It supports cross-platform and supports Unicode international character set. The OpenType file containing TrueTrpe font has a suffix of .ttf and the file extension of PostScript font is OTF. A font package file containing a series of TrueTrpe fonts, suffixed with TTC. Comparing the font files in Windows XP and Vista, we found that Vista's "Imitation" and "Carcass" font files are all new fonts OpenType, and the old version of TrueTrpe in XP is not retained. That's it! Finding the key to the problem, the solution is naturally very simple. Method 1: Copy the font file of XP Copy the "Imitated Song GB_2312" and "Body GB_2312" font files in the Windows XP font folder "Fonts" to the Vista font folder "Fonts". Method 2, manually change the font settings When using Word in Vista, manually change the relevant font in XP to the font in Vista, such as "Imitation Song", Word will display XP font as "Imitation Song _GB2312", Vista The font is displayed as "Imitation Song". You can change the "Imitation Song GB_2312" in XP to the corresponding "Imitation Song" font in Vista. Method 3: Use Word's "embed font into file" function to open the file that needs to be embedded in the font, click "Save As" on the main menu, select "Save Options" on the "Tools" menu, and select "Embed TrueTrpe Font" (Word2003) or "Press fonts into file by" (Word2007). Since the use of XP is still very common now, if you want to edit the document in the %26gt;Vista system, please set the "Imitation Song" and "Body" fonts to the fonts that can also be used in XP.
