Solving the abnormal font problem that appears in Office 2007 in Windows Vista

Sometimes, in Windows Vista, using Office2007/2003 to open the original written article, many fonts can not be displayed properly: the words of imitation Song and scorpion are inexplicably changed, and the line spacing of the article is increased. And the typesetting has also gone wrong. The text that was originally displayed on this page has changed to the next page for no reason. What is going on? First, add a little knowledge: TrueTrpe and OpenType font TrueTrpe have nothing to do with resolution, regardless of method or zoom out. Fonts are always smooth, but their quality is worse than PostScript fonts, and the text is too small to be clear enough. OpenType is more powerful. It can embed PostScript fonts into TrueTrpe software. It supports cross-platform and supports Unicode international character set. The OpenType file containing TrueTrpe font has a suffix of .ttf and the file extension of PostScript font is OTF. A font package file containing a series of TrueTrpe fonts, suffixed with TTC. Comparing the font files in Windows XP and Vista, we found that Vista's "Imitation" and "Lux" font files are new fonts OpenType, and the old font TrueTrpe in XP is not retained. That's it! Finding the key to the problem, the solution is naturally very simple. Method 1: Copy the XP font file Copy the font file of the Windows XP font folder <Fonts" in the Fonts GB_2312” and <; body GB_2312” font file to the Vista font folder <Fonts”. Method 2, manually change the font settings When using Word in Vista, manually change the related fonts in XP to the fonts in Vista, such as "Sim", "Word will display XP fonts as "Song Song _GB2312" , the Vista font is displayed as "Imitation Song", you can use XP to change the imitation Song GB_2312” to the corresponding "Imitation Song" font in Vista. Method 3, use Word's "embed font into file" function to open the file that needs to be embedded in the font, click "Save as" on the main menu, select "Save option" on the "Tools" menu. ;, check "Embed TrueTrpe font" (Word2003) or "Leave fonts into files by ” (Word2007). Since the use of XP is still very common now, if you want to edit the document in the %26gt;Vista system, please set the "Imitation Song" and "Lux" fonts to the fonts that can also be used in XP.
