Windows Vista operating system restore application small Raiders

Microsoft's operating system comes with a restore function is more suitable for computer users, because it creates restore points and use restore points compared to the use of software to make image files, To be much simpler, at the same time, the image file is sometimes affected by the production software itself, making the image file unusable.

In order to become a master of Vista system as soon as possible, let's start with a system restore that seems to be very unworthy. It is only from the beginning that we can become a master of Vista system.

Click "Start" → "Settings" → "Control Panel", then double-click "System" in the open control panel, click "System Protection" in the upper left corner of the opened dialog box (Figure 1).

At this point, the system properties dialog box shown in Figure 2 will pop up:

Note the status of each disk in Figure 2 and the buttons. There are currently no system restore points for all three disks, and the "Create" button in the figure is still "gray not selectable".

This article takes the creation of a system restore point for the E disk (the partition where Vista is located). The process is not complicated. Please pay attention to the changes of the screenshots before and after the process, so as to facilitate the familiarization process.

Check "Local Disk (E)" in Figure 2, and then click the "Apply" button, then the "Create" button will change from "Gray not selectable" status to "Clickable" status. (Figure 3).

Figure 3 1, 2, 3 in the red circle represents the operation steps
In the Figure 3, click the "Create" button will pop up a dialog box to create a restore point name, enter the restore in the dialog box Click the name and finally click the "OK" button (Figure 4), after which the system will enter the state of creating a restore point (Figure 5).

Figure 4 Enter the file name of the restore point

Tip:

When entering the restore point name, please note that the system does not accept Chinese characters. Otherwise, the "Create" button in Figure 4 will always be in the "gray not selectable" state.

Figure 5 The system is creating a restore point

After a while, the system will report that the restore point has been created (Figure 6).

Figure 6 Restore point created

After the restore point is created, look at the interface of Figure 2 and Figure 7 is different, as shown below:

Figure 7 Note What is the difference with Figure 2

In Figure 7, the E disk now has the system restore point creation time. Finally, click on the "OK" button in Figure 7 to complete the creation.

Do you think it is very simple? In fact, some of the operations related to the system are not complicated. As long as you do more, you will find yourself "somewhat talented".
