1, open in PowerPoint 2003, create or edit a new or existing presentation. At any time, especially when creating a new presentation document or linking media for presentation, please name the file name using the old DOS 8.3 naming convention. 2, in the CD package dialog box, give the project a name. You will find that the event demo is included in every default option -- including the new PowerPoint 2003 viewer in CD editing. Select the option to copy to a folder (do not choose to copy to CD). PowerPoint will store all the content you need - including demos, linked files, viewers, and two text files (autorun.inf and play.bat). Exit PowerPoint.

4, use IExpress to create a new self-extracting boot file, select Create a new self extraction directive file in IExpress, Next.

7 On this screen, IExpress needs to know if we need a confirmation prompt when the end user activates your package - because we want the individual exe file we end up to be as transparent as possible, here we choose “Noprompt” Options, Next
8, you can choose to show consent to the license - as a demonstration, we choose Don"t diaplay a licence---Next
9, this screen may be the most important step in the entire IExpress wizard. Click Add---boot to the folder where you created the PowerPoint 2003 CD package, add all the files and then Next.
