Method One:

1. Start-Run regedit-OK, find the following path:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\Microsoft\\Windows\\CurrentVersion\\App

2, Paths window on the left, right App Path, select [New] & rarr; [item];

3, right select rename;

4, MSCONFIG.EXE input, and then select the & ldquo; MSCONFIG.EXE & rdquo; then in the right window, double-click the string value [default];

5, click & ldquo; default & rdquo; after the Change the value to "C:\\Windows\\PCHealth\\HelpCtr\\Binaries\\MSConfig.exe” OK" (change it according to the partition where the system is located). After the modification, we can open the program by running msconfig as before.

Method Two:

If the above method does not work, download a msconfig file and copy it to C: \\ WINDOWS \\ SYSTEM32 below just fine.

Note: Before using Method 1 above, make sure there is a msconfig.exe file in the C:\\WINDOWS\\SYSTEM32 directory.
