Solve Windows XP can't switch input method problem

Windows XP, there are often some minor problems, such as the input method icon will be inexplicably lost, but in the control panel, there is no "input method", the input method can not Conversion, the input method icon is gone, what is the reason, mainly because the ctfmon.exe file is corrupted by the virus, you can try the following method:

Input method can not switch Solution 1: In the task Click the right mouse button to pop up the shortcut menu, move the mouse to the “Toolbar”, and the submenu will pop up to see if the “Language Bar” is selected. If it is not selected, click to select “&ldquo” ; language bar & rdquo;, generally shows the input method icon. You can also run ctfmon.exe first, you can see your input method icon!

Input method can't switch solution 2: Click “Start →Set →Control panel&rdquo ;, open the control panel, click "Date, Time, Language and Regional Settings" in the Control Panel, click "Language and Regional Settings", pop-up "Language and Regional Settings" dialog box, click "Language" label, under "Text Services and Input Language", click the "Details" button, pop-up "text service and input language" dialog box, click “Advanced” Under "System Configuration", turn off the checkmark in front of “Close Advanced Text Service" (see below for comments, select “ will close the language bar”), click “ OK” Button, the input method icon is back.

Input method can not switch Solution 3: Click "Start → Run", type "msconfig", click "OK" or "Enter", run "System Configuration Utility" In the "Startup", select "Ctfmon.exe", click "Determine", and then log out or restart it should be fine. This is because Ctfmon.exe controls the Alternative User Input Text Processor (TIP) and Microsoft Office language strips, providing support for speech recognition, handwriting recognition, keyboard, translation, and other user input technologies. If this program is not started, the input method icon will not be displayed.

Finally, there is no input method icon, you can use the shortcut key to operate the input method. Ctrl+Space (spacebar) switches between Chinese and English input methods; press Ctrl+Shift to display the input method installed by the system in turn.

Don't look at the input method is a small problem. Sometimes even this small problem is very troublesome, so I hope that everyone will accumulate more experience.
