How many files can't be opened after NTFS partition to FAT32

Q: After converting NTFS partition to FAT32 using PQMagic, many files can't be opened, most of them are Chinese name files and folders. How can I solve this problem?
Answer : Microsoft does not recommend converting NTFS partitions to FAT32 format, and Windows itself does not provide such functionality. Using third-party software to force conversion is risky, so be sure to back up the data before conversion to prevent conversion failure. Moreover, PQMagic's support for Chinese is not good at present. The Chinese name files in the converted partitions, especially the first-level directories of Chinese names, are likely to be garbled and cannot be opened. If there is no backup data before the conversion, and the conversion fails, you can first back up the existing data, try to run the “convert volume /fs:ntfs” (volume represents the drive letter) command to convert back to NTFS format and use Final Data or Easy Recovery recovers data.
