Five ways to set XP desktop text transparency

I often see friends encounter this problem. The text under the icon on the desktop becomes a shadow and becomes opaque. I happen to encounter this problem today. After finding out the solution, I will share it with you!

You can try the following 3 methods:

1. Right click on the single machine “ Computer ”——“Property-Advanced-Performance-Settings>, check the box below to use the shadow on the icon for the icon label &&quo;——OK

2. Right click In the blank space of the desktop, remove the <;lock the desktop web project>——OK

in the "Arrange Icons" dialog box. 3. Go to “Control Panel" Re-create a new account and log in with your new account.

Another kind of thing is that the desktop text becomes opaque after installing a certain program. Enter “gpedit.msc” in the "Run" dialog box to open the group policy; in the "User Configuration & Rarr; Administrative Templates & Rarr; Desktop & Rarr; Active Desktop", click Enable Active Desktop Properties Selected “ Disabled & rdquo ;, disable active desktop property selection "already enabled"; finally open the control panel, open the system in the classic view, in the "performance & rarr; advanced options & rarr; performance & rarr; visual effects & rdquo;.

4. Make the desktop text transparent ~ Registry modification

In "Start"---> Execute---> Enter "regedit"

Go to HKEY_USERS ---> S-1-5-21-XXXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXXXX-XXXX ---> Software ---> Microsoft ---> Windows ---> CurrentVersion --- > Explorer ---> Advanced

Modify "ShowCompColor" = "dword:00000001" Change to "dword:00000000"

Modify "ListviewShadow" = "dword :00000000" Change to "dword:00000001"

To restart.
