Solution:

1. Hold down the Ctrl + Alt + Del is pressed twice you can pop up sign Window, then enter the username and password to enter, but some machines may not be able to do so.

2. Modify the registry

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE--SOFTWARE--Microsoft--Windows NT--CurrentVersion--Winlogon--SpecialAccounts--UserList, then select Administrator in the right window, Then right--modify--select decimal-- enter 1 in the value data text box.

Note: If you don't have an Administrator, you can create one yourself. Right-click in the blank area on the right side--New--DWORD (value)--Rename to Administrator, then according to the second article above Modify its value so that the Administrator can appear on the account login screen.
