Entering Safe Mode

Deleting stubborn files

After entering safe mode, Windows automatically releases control of these files and you can delete them.

Unlocking Group Policy

In fact, Group Policy restrictions in Windows are implemented by loading registry-specific key values, which are not loaded in Safe Mode. Press and hold the F8 key after rebooting, in the open multiple boot menu window, select “Safe Mode with Command Prompt”. After entering the desktop, at the command prompt of the startup, type "C:WindowsSystem32XXX.exe (the program you started)", start the console, and then remove the restriction according to the above operation, and finally restart the normal login system to unlock.
