Change the command prompt default location

in Win XP. In Windows XP, click Start → All Programs → Accessories → Command Prompt to open the Command Prompt window. By default, the system will locate X:\\ Under Documents and Settings\\Current User Name>, where X is the drive letter of the operating system. Click "Start → Control Panel→Performance and Maintenance→Administrative Tools→Computer Management, expand System
