Problem Description
When you restart or shut down your computer, the Windows dialog box appears with the message "ccApp.exe not responding". ... "Sometimes, Windows will close the program, you can restart or shut down the computer. Sometimes, you have to click the" immediate termination "to close ccApp.exe.

Analysis
This message does not mean that there is a problem. ccApp.exe is the main Norton AntiVirus (NAV) host file and is the process that shuts down all running services. The ccApp.exe file takes a while to complete the shutdown process, especially last time in it. under the boot process before completing the shut down of the computer case.

solutions
