        I have used the inux system to forget the root password. What should I do if I encounter such a situation? Reinstall the system? Of course not! Enter the single user mode and change the root password. How to enter it.

1 Restart the Linux system


To enter the button within 3 seconds, the following interface appears


Then enter e


Enter single at the end of the second line with a space. To do this, press the downward tip to move to the second line, press “e” enter edit mode

and add single carriage back


Finally press &ldquo ;b”Start, enter single-user mode after booting


At this point, you have entered single-user mode, you can change the root password. The password-encrypted command is passwd
