1. "Start" - & gt; "Administrative Tools" - > "Internet Information Services Manager (IIS)".
2. Right click on "Application Pool" -> "New" -> "Application Pool...".
3. Right-click on the newly created application pool -> Properties -> Logo -> Pre-defined account is set to "Local System".
