Accessing IIS Virtual Object

Due to incorrect IIS or disk permissions configuration, it will result in a 403 permission error.

The following is the solution.

1. The hard disk is in NTFS format. Modify the site root folder attribute. Add the IUSR_ your machine name and IWAM_ your machine name in the security options, or put the file under WWWROOT. Inherit parent folder permissions.

2. Under the permissions of the site, you can also specify the permissions of each file or directory under the site. (If your site is anonymous, but the next file is specified as non-anonymous access, the same password)

3. In the ROOT directory of the website, right click → Properties → Security → Add EveryOne user, and at least Give read permission.

4. Set the Directory Security tab in the Site Properties and click the Edit button next to Anonymous Access and Authentication Control to remove the integrated Windows authentication.

5. Don't ignore the link to the image. Under non-anonymous access, it can also cause the validation dialog to appear, and each image appears once (if the absolute URL is used)

6.Whether the FrontPage Server Extension is installed when installing IIS, if it is installed, please uninstall it.
