The problem here is the last time we had set folder permissions abc, this time Set here, this is allowed in Windows 2003, but it follows three principles: licenses given by multiple groups are superimposed; file permissions take precedence over folders; denial of access permissions take precedence. Through this principle, we know that the abc folder administrator can be fully accessed, and each user can fully access their own folders and have read-only access to other users' folders, which is exactly what we need.
