The word2013 production admission ticket graphic tutorial is as follows:

1. Start Excel 2013, create an Excel document, and enter data in the document, as shown in Figure 1. The document is saved after the worksheet is created and will be used as a data source.

The Excel file should be saved in the same folder as the photo, and the photo name in the workbook should be in the folder. The photo name is exactly the same.

2. Start Word 2013 and create a new document. Create a table in the document, as shown in Figure 2. Then save the form in the same folder as the Excel document.

Since the admission ticket is for printing and cutting, for the convenience of cutting, in actual operation, you can press under the table. Several times, the “Enter” key generates some blank lines to get a certain clipping space.

3. Open the “Review” tab and click the “Start Mail Merge” button. In the drop-down list that opens, select the “Directory” option to set the document type to the directory, as shown in the figure. 3 is shown.

4. Click the "Select Recipient" button and select “Use Existing List from the drop-down list that opens; Options, as shown in Figure 4.

5. Open the “Select Data Source” dialog box, select the Excel file as the data source and click “ ” button, as shown in Figure 5. This will open the “Select Table” dialog box, select the data table and click the “OK” button as shown in Figure 6.

6. Place the insertion point cursor in the document In the cell after "name", click the lower triangle button on the Insert Merge Field button and select the “Name” option in the drop-down list that opens, as shown in Figure 7. Then use the same method to insert the corresponding fields in other cells, as shown in Figure 8.

7. Place the insertion point cursor in the cell where the photo is placed on the left side of the table. Press “Ctrl+F9” to enter the domain editing state, and then enter the field code “INCLUDEPICTURE" in the cell, as shown in Figure 9.

8. Place the insertion point cursor at the end of the field code "INCLUDEPICTURE"; press the space bar, then click “ Insert Merge The lower triangle button on the field' button, select the “photo” option in the open list, as shown in Figure 10.

9. Click the “Complete & Merge” button in the "Mail" tab and select from the drop-down list that opens. “ Edit single document & rdquo; option, as shown in Figure 11. The “Merge to New Document” dialog box will open, and the “All” radio button will be selected, then click the “OK” button to close the dialog box, as shown in Figure 12.

10.Press the “Ctrl+A” button to select all the documents, and then press the “F9” key to update the domain. After saving the document, the image in the cell is appropriately adjusted. The effect after the completion of the creation is shown in FIG.
