Photoshop CC to modify the image size without changing the fillet radius

Currently Photoshop is the most widely used retouching software, we often use rounded borders in Photoshop, sometimes need to modify the size of the image and do not want to modify the fillet Radius, then how can we keep the fillet radius unchanged and modify the image size? (The method is to cut the image into the rounded rectangle)
The principle of changing the image without changing the image size:
A new function in Photoshop CC is the rounded rectangle tool. The rounded rectangle tool is characterized by a circle. The corner radius is set separately. As long as the side length does not shrink indefinitely and the rounded rectangle becomes a circle, the radius value of the rounded corner is constant. So our method is to cut the image you want to resize into a rounded rectangle and link the rounded rectangle and the image, then you can change the size at the same time without changing the fillet radius.
Fixing a radius with a rounded rectangle (within a certain range)
We select the Rounded Rectangle Tool
Draw a rounded rectangle and set the fillet radius value in the properties panel.
See the current fillet radius value is 9 pixels
We dragged in an image and placed it above the rounded rectangle layer
Select the layer menu to create a clipping mask (if clicked Becomes a release clip mask), you can also directly press Ctrl + Alt + G to clip the above layer to the layer below.
After we have adjusted the image size (it is best to keep the image as a smart object, so that the image size can be adjusted at any time without distortion), link 2 image layers and rounded rectangle layers.
We copy these 2 layers to make a reference, deform the layer, and change the size of the shape and the rounded rectangle at the same time, see the fillet radius is still 9 pixels, no change.
The rounded corners are constant within a certain range. We adjust the rounded corners to the maximum, that is, the two rounded corners can form a semicircle.
Seeing that our limit is narrowed, the fillet radius has finally changed. Because the diameters of the semicircle and the rounded rectangle are the same, the rounded rectangle is reduced, the diameter of the semicircle is also reduced, and the radius of the fillet must also be reduced. (Oh, but this is rare oh.)

These are Photoshop CC modify the image size without changing the radius of the method, with a rounded rectangle made variable fillet image is very easy Oh, can You can change the radius of the fillet at any time, and you can change the image size and the fillet is not affected within a certain range.
