The effect of PPT making a book is not inferior.

When using PPT to make a presentation, the effect of turning a picture or text into a book will be more attractive. How can we achieve this? In PPT, with the use of custom graphics and the use of custom animation, the effect of turning the book is not worse than that of professional software. This article uses PowerPoint 2003 as an example. The process of adding and adjusting AutoShapes is mainly to add an AutoShape to the slide to form a single page of the book. Open PowerPoint 2003 and create a new blank slide. First, insert a rectangle and a parallelogram in the AutoShape, respectively. Drag the yellow adjustment point of the parallelogram to adjust the shape of the parallelogram. Use the green rotation handle to adjust the angle of the parallelogram to adjust the positional relationship between the rectangle and the parallelogram (Figure 1). The process of setting the AutoShape fill effect is mainly to add images or text to the AutoShape. Double-click the rectangle, select the “Lines and Colors” tab in the pop-up window, and select “Fill Effect” in the “Fill & Rarr Colors” box. Select the “Image” option in the new pop-up window. Card, choose the picture you need. If you need to add text to your own graphics, such as adding text to a parallelogram, you can right-click on it and select “Add Text", enter the desired text and set the properties (Figure 2). Custom animation settings First, start the animation from the right parallelogram, right click on it and select “Custom Animation”, select “Exit → Cascade” in the custom animation, and start to set to “Click” Time & rdquo;, the direction is "to the left", the speed is "fast"; then, set the rectangle on the left to customize the animation to "enter → stretch", start to set to "after" & rdquo;, The direction is "from the right" and the speed is "fast". Add a custom animation to the rectangle as &&quo; enter → gradient", start setting to "before”, speed is "very fast”. The process of copying the AutoShape and adjusting the hierarchical relationship is mainly to insert other graphics into the slide to form individual pages. First, copy and paste the rectangle on the left, where I paste 3 and change it to the image you want. If you want which image to display first, you need to put which graphic on the bottom layer, you can adjust it by right-clicking on the image and selecting “stacking order”, and so on. Then, copy and paste the parallelogram on the right side, here I also paste 3, remove the text and change it to the image you need, just put the first display on the top layer, and so on. Here's a little trick: for example, a picture in a rectangle, the first one, you can right click on it, the stacking order is placed on the bottom layer; the second one, you can put it on the bottom layer, then on Move two layers; the third one is displayed first on the bottom layer, then on the top layer, and so on. The gradation of the picture in the parallelogram is similar to that of the rectangle. The process of adjusting the custom animation sequence is mainly based on the need to adjust the order of your custom animation. In the custom animation window, use the mouse to drag the animation order (Figure 3). The process of arranging the uniform positions of the pictures is mainly to arrange the respective rectangles and the respective parallelograms in a unified manner. First, select all the rectangles, then click “Plot → Align or Distribute", select “Vertical Centering> and “Horizontal Centering" in the menu. Similarly, the alignment of parallelograms does the same. Then, adjust the positional relationship between the rectangle and the parallelogram. After the effect demonstration is completed, you can play the effect of reading the book. Note: If you don't reach the sequence of pictures you need during playback, you can adjust the picture hierarchy or change the custom animation order of the picture by right-clicking in the edit state and selecting “Stack Order" 4).
