Implement Outlook and Foxmail mail mutual guidance

Due to work needs, Kobayashi recently installed Foxmail to manage emails, but I don't know what to do when importing Outlook mail system data. This article just solved his problem. Foxmail and Outlook two mail systems, many times need to cross-direct mail, each time manual forwarding is obviously too cumbersome. According to the following method, it is very convenient to implement mutual guidance in both Foxmail and Outlook. The process of importing Outlook mail into Foxmail is relatively simple. If the Foxmail used is the latest version 7.0, then the import of Outlook mail is, select "“ import → Outlook personal folder file" from the file menu, select the corresponding .pst file in the dialog box that opens, click “ The Import & rdquo; button will import the entire folder at once. If you only need to import some emails, you can select “File → Browse PST Mail”, open the corresponding .pst file, and then open the “Browse PST Mail” window, select the corresponding email, and click the toolbar. On the “Copy to” button, select the target folder to copy (Figure 1). Importing Foxmail mail into Outlook Because the mail storage structure is different, Foxmail mail cannot be directly imported into Outlook. Here, two operations are required. If you are using Windows XP, you can use Outlook Express to transfer: Select the email in Foxmail, select “file →export →mail”, then specify the save path in the dialog box that opens. Get the corresponding *.eml file; open Outlook Express, drag the *.eml file directly into Outlook Express's inbox or other folder to complete the import; open Outlook, select “file → open → import ”, open the “ Import and Export Wizard & rdquo; dialog box, click the "Next" button to import mail (Figure 2). If you are using Windows 7, since Outlook Express is no longer available, you need to use Windows Live Mail as a transfer station: Open Windows Live Mail and add the same email account as Outlook, such as Sina, to create a temporary folder here. To store *.eml files exported from Foxmail, such as Foxmail, of course, you can use other names; exit Windows Live Mail, open Explorer, and then navigate to [\\Users\\Administrator\\AppData\\Local\\Microsoft\\Windows Live Mail \\Sina\\Foxmail], copy the corresponding *.eml file. Open Windows Live Mail, you can now find the email just copied in the Foxmail folder, select “file →export email →mail”, then open “Windows Live Mail export →select program” Select Microsoft Exchange from the dialog box, and click the “Next” button to select the mail folder. Please select “Selected folder” (Figure 3) and select “Sina Mailbox → Foxmail”, you can complete the import after confirmation. Now open Outlook, we can already find the Foxmail folder here, the mail is naturally the mail exported from Foxmail. This article comes from [System Home] www.xp85.com
