How does Win10 close the browser to send user access history by default?

The official installed capacity of Win10 has exceeded 75 million. While being praised, the issue of collecting privacy is still controversial.
Not long ago, we gave a special blocking tutorial to avoid Windows 10 leaking privacy by turning off the switch visible in the foreground. Of course, some technicians said that even with this, Win10 will still work with Microsoft servers (ssw) on a regular basis. Connect and communicate, such as with a random machine ID code.
According to Softpedia, Win10's default Edge browser will send your access history to Microsoft by default, which is also acknowledged in the official privacy FAQ.

Specifically, the sending access history is derived from the "Cortana" and "Page Prediction" functions. If you mind, please go to the Edge browser & mdash; set — advanced settings, close “Let Cortana help me in Microsoft Edge” and “Use page forecasting to speed up browsing, improve reading and optimize the overall experience”.

Of course all this is because you don't believe that Microsoft is a "real person". However, the author's view is that from the moment we touch the net, absolute privacy will cease to exist.
