Win10 how to use the command to clear all accounts of the recycle bin

The following teaches you to use one command to clear the recycle bin for all accounts.
Log in to the Win10 system with an administrator account, then run the command prompt as an administrator and enter the following command in the Open “Administrator:Command Prompt window:
rd /sc:\\$Recycle .Bin
Note: If you want to empty the recycle bin other than the system drive, just change the drive letter C: to the corresponding drive letter.
If it is a WinXP system, you need to enter the command: rd /s c:\ ecycler
Enter, then you will return the prompt "c:\\$Recycle.Bin, whether to confirm (Y /N)? ”. Figure:

Enter Y, press Enter.
Then check out the Recycle Bin and you will find that it has been completely emptied.
Win10 system runs slower, cleaning up garbage is a good method, but disk cleaning, disk defragmentation, cleaning cache, etc. are not as simple as emptying the recycle bin, it should be developed to regularly empty the recycle bin. If there are too many accounts, you can use one command to clear the recycle bins of all accounts.
