How to set up multiple desktop functions:
1, find the icon shown in the figure below on the taskbar. The English name is: Task View

2, you will be prompted to add a desktop, click on that + to add multiple desktops. Look at your own needs plus the number of desktops.

3. Click on a desktop and use the relevant program. These programs will be displayed on this desktop in the future. As shown in the figure below, I used two programs to display on two desktops. Do not interfere with each other if there are several office programs that can be placed on a desktop.
