The way to open PDF files under Win10 system always defaults to Spartan browser. How to do

Spartan browser is Project Spartan browser. It is the next version of Windows operating system launched by Microsoft in 2015. Microsoft intends to use this new browser to jump out of the Web 1.0 world that IE is targeting. The Spartan browser is considered to be a browser that replaces Microsoft IE built into Win10. At the Microsoft Build 2015 Developer Conference, the Win10 Spartan browser has been officially named: Microsoft Edge. This new browser uses the Edge rendering engine and will replace IE. However, this requires a process. In the short term, IE11 will coexist with Edge on Windows 10 system. Win10 has a built-in reader application. This is a great way to view PDF files, but I don't know why PDF files are opened by default in Spartan browser. How to solve this problem?
