Win10 new feature OneGet is what

Accurately, OneGet is not new, it was first mentioned in April this year, but at that time is an optional feature of Win8.1 system, together with Windows Management Framework 5.0 preview installation. OneGet will now be installed on all Win10 systems, which means developers can take advantage of this feature to create new features.
Microsoft describes OneGet:
<OneGet is a new way to discover and install packages on the web. With OneGet you can do the following:
•Manage a range of packages , can be searched, obtained and installed.
• Search and filter in the software library, find the software you need
• seamlessly install and uninstall one or more software using a single PowerShell command line.
If you are not familiar with package management, But for developers, it's a useful tool for uninstalling, upgrading, or installing native apps. At present, OneGet is still an early version, and it is not clear which Win10 version Microsoft will launch.
