How does Win10 lock the recycle bin to the taskbar?

Although it sounds boring, maybe someone will need it. How do I lock the Recycle Bin to the Windows 10 taskbar? There are many improvements in the Windows 10 Technology Preview, including the Start menu, multiple desktops, and the Recycle Bin can be locked to the taskbar. Here's how: First, right click on the recycle bin and lock it to the start menu; then, open the start menu, find the recycle bin, right click and select “lock to the taskbar ”.
Although I can't understand why Microsoft doesn't provide the "Lock to Taskbar" option directly in the recycle bin right-click menu, but instead detours the start menu, but there is better than nothing.
Just, because the functions of Windows 10 Technology Preview are not perfect, even if the recycle bin is locked to the taskbar, you can't drag and drop the file directly to the taskbar recycle bin icon to delete it. I believe that there will be in the future.
