Easily customize the built-in variable values ​​of XP system

  
There is a folder TEMP under the WINDOWS directory. This folder is the main system variable generation file. We will transfer the files in this folder to another disk, as long as it is deleted regularly.

Right click on my computer on the desktop, click on Properties, it will come up with an interface, click on the environment variable value in the advanced options:


We will find out its files There is a folder in the C drive Documents and Settings directory:


Click Edit at this time to change the path of TEMP and TMP to D:/TEMP. Then click on the drop-down box in the system variable and pull it to the bottom:

This way, every time the operating system is running, the TEMP variable file that was originally stored in the C drive will be stored directly in the TEMP folder of the D drive. You only need to delete the files inside it regularly. However, sometimes the files in the TEMP may not be deleted. It may be the value of the variable that you generated during the use of this system. It doesn't matter, you can delete it when you start it next time.
