What if Win10 IE can't be used

  
Many users who have just upgraded their computers to Win10 are not used to the new Edge browser, or must use IE browser. However, in Win10, sometimes IE may not work properly. Please refer to Microsoft Help and Support. The method to solve, a total of three programs.
Scheme 1:
Reset Winsock Directory:
1. Press Win+X to open "Command Prompt (Administrator)"
2. Enter the command netsh winsock reset and click Enter.

Option Two:
first open Internet Options, switch to the "Connections" tab:

lower right corner point LAN settings, as shown below:

Cancel Check all the options, and then press the operation:
1, run CMD as an administrator, first type the command: netsh, press the Enter key to run;
2, then after the key command: winhttp, enter to confirm operation;
3, and finally the command type: import proxysource = ie, press the Enter key can be run;

4, through the above steps, it can reset the port settings for the browser.
Scenario 3:
Use the command to create a new local administrator account and then log back in to the computer to try.
Enter PowerShell in the taskbar search box, right click on the search results and select "Run as administrator". Enter the following command in PowerShell:
$user = 'splitpersonality'
net user /add $user
net localgroup Administrators /add $user
Enter the car, then use the new account to log in to the system Is it normal?
