How to solve the problem of C1900101-30018 error when upgrading Win10

net stop wuauserv

net stop cryptSvc

net stop bits

net stop msiserver

3. Rename the SoftwareDistribution and Catroot2 folders as follows (each line is commanded after input) Press Enter to execute):

ren C:\\Windows\\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old

ren C:\\Windows\\System32\\catroot2 Catroot2.old

4. Restart BITS , Cryptographic, MSI Installer and Windows update four services, the command is as follows (press each line after the command input):

net start wuauserv

net start cryptSvc

net start bits

net start msiserver

5. Execute the exit command to close the command prompt and restart the computer.

After performing the above five steps, you can successfully upgrade Win10. This method solves the C1900101-30018 error. Many people are effective after testing. I hope it will help you.
