How to solve this situation?
The reason why the Win7 boot prompt can not find the iertutil.dll file is because the IE browser in the system is uninstalled, the solution is very simple.
1. Right-click on the blank location of the Win7 desktop taskbar and select “Task Manager”. You can also use the Ctrl+Shift+Esc keys on your keyboard to quickly bring up the Task Manager.

Second, then on the task manager panel opened in Win7, click on the "Files" in the menu bar in the upper left corner, and then enter the C:WINDOWSsystem32 command in the new task. Then click the OK button.

Three, then double-click the cmd.exe process, then type cd c:windowssystem32dllcache and press Enter. Then enter the copy iertutil.dll c:windowssystem32 command and press the Enter key. The screen will prompt a file copy to complete.



The system file is missing, some cases can be directly processed by the above method, if it is directly caused by Win7 can not boot, then you may need to enter the Recovery Console to re-copy the file to solve.
