How to format the hard disk (mobile hard disk) partition graphic tutorial under WIN7 system:
First, create and format a new partition (volume)
To create a partition or volume on the hard disk (the two terms are usually mutual For reuse, you must be logged in as an administrator and there must be unallocated disk space on the hard disk or there must be free space in the extended partition on the hard disk.
If there is no unallocated disk space, you can create some space by shrinking existing partitions, deleting partitions, or using a third-party partitioner.

Third, delete the hard disk partition

2. In the left pane "Storage" below, click "Disk Management",

3, right-click the volume you want to delete (such as partition or logical drive), and then click "delete volume"
