Windows 7 Basic Recycle Bin and Sidebar Settings

Q: My laptop is pre-installed with Windows 7 Basic Edition. I don't know why there is no Recycle Bin on the desktop. It feels awkward to use XP. In addition, there is a toolbar on the screen, and I don't know why. How to recover?
A: Windows 7 has a lot of changes compared to Windows XP, and the recycle bin is indeed hidden. To make Windows 7 display the recycle bin is not difficult, just open the "Organization" menu in the upper left corner of the computer, click on the "folder and search options", and check the "navigation pane". The next two options, you can finally determine.
As for the sidebar, it should be caused by the UAC feature being disabled. If you want to disable UAC and want to use the sidebar, you can ask the registry to help you, locate: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionSidebarSettings, and then create a Dword value, the name is "AllowElevatedProcess" and assign the value to "1", and finally restart the system!
