How to achieve the shortcut icon merged into the taskbar in the win7 system

The latest replacement of the computer system, I admit that I am outdated, win8 are out, I only replaced win7, XP has been used before. However, because of the problem, the computer drive was broken, and it was difficult to install the system. Finally, a win7 system was installed to the computer. After all, WIN7 was rarely used, and many of the functions still need to be familiar.
As a net name that loves surfing the Internet, I often share some free resources and network technology to my blog. You must know how much software is installed in my computer, but the software is commonly used, and some are used. It is rarely used. If you put the shortcut icon on the desktop, it is not easy to find without confusion. It also affects the speed of the computer.
In xp, we often have a drop-down shortcut in the bottom taskbar, but not in win7. I finally solved this problem after studying it today.
First step: First create a new folder in the E drive or other disk, named the tool (any name here, you can,) copy all the shortcuts of all the software on our computer.

Second Step: Click the left mouse button in the blank space of the taskbar to remove the checkmark in front of (lock the taskbar).
The third step: Click the left mouse button in the blank space of the taskbar to select the toolbar —— create a new toolbar, in the pop-up dialog box, select the new folder we created in the first step
fourth Step: Click the left mouse button in the blank space of the taskbar to put a check mark on the front of the (lock taskbar)! At this point, the toolbar has been added to the taskbar!
