Win7 IE8 home page has been tampered with the repair process

Run the Registry Editor, expand to HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Policies/Microsoft at a time, and create a new item named “ControlPanel” under this branch. (The specific operation is: right click Microsoft, select new item, then heavy it. name). At this point, the registry branch is actually: HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Policies/Microsoft/ControlPanel.
Next, in the blank space on the right side, click the right mouse button to create three 32-bit DWORD values, and rename them to Settings, Links, and SecAddSites, respectively, and assign them to "1".
After the modification is completed, click the “OK" button to save the settings and exit.
Need to remind everyone again, is not to say that after the user set up according to the above method, you can ensure that IE8 browser will not be modified, which can only play a protective role to a certain extent. Any third-party tool software, including any anti-virus software, cannot guarantee that the IE browser home page will be modified.
