Windows7 uses the "task scheduler" to set the automatic shutdown step

  
We click on the Start button in the Win7 system, select Open “All Programs & mdash;Accessories & mdash;System Tools", find “Task Scheduler> to open the Task Plan Settings panel of Win7 System. You can also click the Win7 Start button and type "Task Schedule" in the multi-function search box to open directly from the search results.

In the Win7 system's "Task Scheduler" settings panel, we click on the menu "Operation & mdash; create Basic task & rdquo;.

Enter a name and description for the new task, click the “Next” button.

Select the frequency of execution of the shutdown task you want in the < triggers" option, such as daily, weekly, monthly or single Wait, continue to the next step.

Select “Startup Program"  Now enter the startup program detailed settings, fill in the shutdown in the "Programs or Scripts" column, in the "Parameters" column can choose fill in. Here we fill in “-s -t 30” is to tell the Win7 system, we need to provide a 30 second countdown when the Win7 system starts the shutdown process.

Usage: at shutdown time shutdown parameter
Example: “at 12:30 shutdown -s -t 20”, the computer will prompt shutdown at 12:30, and countdown to 20 seconds.
