32-bit Win7 4G memory display only 2.46G available solution

General 32-bit operating system does not recognize 4G or more memory, the display is mostly 3G (at least 3G available), but I found that my system only shows “2.46G available”.

Baidu took a look, it was found that because of the dual graphics card switching model (such as my T400), the integrated graphics card eats 500M memory to do shared memory, to disable integrated graphics (disable graphics card switching Settings:

1.Default Primarty Video Device for PCI Express //This will default to using the integrated display instead of the integrated display (Integrated Video Card)
2.Graphics Device is Discrete Graphics //Using discrete graphics mode, Switchable Graphics is switchable graphics mode
3.OS Detection for Switchable Graphics is Disable //Disable operating system detection switchable graphics mode
