Win7 can't change the resolution of desktop background image

  
Symptom:
Windows 7 desktop background can not be changed suddenly.
Cause analysis:

Solution:

Method 1:
Enter the Easy Access Center in the Start Search box and press Enter;

Method 2:

Locate the following registry key in order:

Method 3:
If it doesn't work, look at the TranscodedWallpaper.jpg file, maybe it's a problem.
Enter the following address in the address bar and press Enter.
