By default, Windows 7 system time synchronization is an automatic synchronization once a week. For those who have strict requirements for time, the frequency is too low. In this regard, the author provides two ways to adjust the time synchronization frequency of Windows7 system.
Method 1: The registry method adjusts the frequency of Windows 7 system time synchronization. This method is to achieve synchronization by modifying the key values in the registry.
Registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetServicesW32Time
TimeProvidersNtpClient

Modify two key values:
SpecialPollInterval Change from 604800 to 86400.
This key value means the time synchronization interval in seconds. The original 7 days is 7*24*3600=604800 seconds.
One day is 24*3600=86400 seconds.

Then create a new DWORD value,

Name is “SpecialInterval”, the value is 1

The third step is to restart the Windows Times service

Check if the settings are valid:
