Use Win7 Jump List to quickly open commonly used documents

When you receive a document from a colleague, where do you usually save it? Are they placed on the desktop or placed in the categorization folder based on the content of the document? I believe most people will choose the first one. It's really convenient to save the document to the desktop, but over time, there will be more and more files on the desktop. If you don't work hard, it will be difficult to find a document. It is a good practice to archive files at any time, that is, when you open it, you need to enter the folder layer by layer, so many people feel trouble. In fact, in Win7, you don't need to enter the folder, you can quickly open the document from the taskbar.
We have a feature in the previous Windows operating system. Click on "Documents" in the Start menu. Recently opened the documents are listed here. This feature has been enhanced in Win7.
First of all, you need to lock the commonly used document editors such as Word and Excel to the taskbar.

Locking the program to the taskbar
Clicking the program icon in the taskbar with the right mouse button will pop up a “jump list” to list the newly opened documents, click to directly Start the program and open the document, is it fast?

Quickly open the document through the jump list
If some documents are often needed, click the push button on the right side of the document in the list. It can be fixed at the top of the jump list.

Setting common documents to the top
To cancel the topping, just click the push button on the right side of the document again.
The jump list function can be used in all versions of Win7, but Win7's taskbar can be far more than simple, desktop transparency, window preview and other Aero effects are also very popular with users. But to start the Aero effect, you must upgrade to Win7 Home Premium or higher.
