Situation 1,

Case 2,

Solution: Delete the associated website and address, or delete all the information in the file, then save and exit. If the prompt permissions are insufficient, open the hosts file with administrator privileges.

Another possibility is DNS hijacking. Just check the automatic DNS server address or use 8.8.8.8 or 114.114.114.114 as the DNS address.

Open “Control Panel>-"<quo;Network and Internet"-"<quo;Network Connections”.

Select the network where the user is connected, right click and select Properties.

Find <;Internet Protocol 4 (TCP/IPv4)> Double click to enter.

Check to automatically obtain the DNS server address or configure the DNS server to 8.8.8.8 and 114.114.114.114.
