How to solve the black screen of the desktop after Windows7 is turned on?

Symptom:
There is a user response. After entering the password, Windows 7 will directly display a black screen when the desktop is displayed. Only one mouse indicator is left, the Explorer process is not started, and the desktop needs to be manually started.
Cause analysis:
I thought it was a driver problem, but the problem still exists after upgrading the motherboard BIOS and graphics driver. Microsoft has explained that Windows 7 boot black screen is not caused by Microsoft patches, may be caused by a variety of rogue software or virus Trojans.
Solution:
When starting the computer, press the F8 key before the system enters the Windows splash screen; after the operating system multi-mode boot menu appears, use the arrow keys on the keyboard to select “SafeMode” to safe mode. Start your computer.

After the startup is complete, click Start, type regedit.exe in the search box; press Enter; open the Registry Editor.
Please find the PoliciesSystem item by pressing the [HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionPolicies System] path to see if there is a suspicious string like tlntsvi.exe.

in the right column of data, you may find a similar string such as the following:
" Shell " = " C: WindowsExplorer.exe C: Windowssystem32tlntsvi.exe " < Br> tlntsvi.exe is actually a malicious program;
processing, as long as the last registry key above the "C: Windowssystem32tlntsvi.exe" rd can be deleted.

After completion, restart the computer, it should be no problem; I suggest you do another Trojan killing.
