Win7 quick start bar is gone, how to do

First check the taskbar - right - property - toolbar - quick start is marked, if not, please tick. If this can't be solved, then start using the following method.
1. Run gpedit.msc and then expand User Configuration - Manage Templates. Click on the desktop, it is the point, not the expansion. Find the second-to-last entry. Do not save the settings. Double-click to disable.
2. Start--Run--Enter gpedit .msc--Open Group Policy--Expand User Configuration--Administrator Template--Taskbar and Start Menu--Double-click on the right list‘Do not display any custom toolbars in the taskbar’--In the pop-up window settings To disable -- restart the computer
3. First, enter gpedit.msc inside the run to open the group policy. Then in the user configuration - management template in two places, one is "the taskbar and the [start] menu" under the "Block change taskbar and [Start] menu settings", open, see if it is Configuration or disable, do not know which is correct, if it is not configured, change to disable, if it is disabled, change to unconfigured, then determine, then enter gpupdate in the "run" & run, and refresh. If you can, don't do it anymore.
If not, then in the group policy, user configuration - management template, and then under the desktop, there is a "do not save settings when exiting", also see if it is not configured or disabled, change it, then use gpupdate to refresh a bit.
In short, in both places, try it out. Be sure to remember to gpupdate
